Our SPRSL kitchen welcomes chef Ben Jaeckel and his PRIME BITE CATERING team.
Ben comes to us as the former head chef at The Baths Sorrento, and he has put together a delicious PRIME BITES menu featuring many quality dining options:
Small plates, Share plates, Bistro classics and Kids faves.
FRIDAYS FROM 4.30PM
SUNDAYS FROM 4.00PM (during Tom Katz live music shows).
Ben will also be catering for most of our Saturday night events and other functions throughout the year.

We hope all our members and visitors enjoy Jack’s Bar & Lounge, and our new extended beer garden - now called The Terrace, a large mostly undercover area.
Like Sorrento itself, we aim to be cool in summer and warm and inviting in winter.
So get your family together, or your besties, your golf buddies, your girl gang, or even your creditors
if you wish, and enjoy a moment with us.
